Forrester conducted an online survey with 155 respondents and three interviews with marketing professionals responsible for program execution or campaign planning to explore this topic. The study found that customer segmentation plays an increasingly important role in marketing efforts, and marketers feel the need to adopt new segmentation methods that enable them to meet their customer’s needs in real time.”
